Roles & Responsibilities               


• Act as a Lean Coach and mobilize account team in Capgemini Lean Foundations.

• Facilitate and deliver the Capgemini Lean Initiative

• Contribute to the Capgemini Lean Foundations with best practices

• Interface with the Lean Community within and outside BU’s

• Interface with the Onshore Counterparts for Lean Initiatives


Required Skills  

• Analytical approach to solve a problem

• Strong verbal, written and inter-personal skills

• Good knowledge of various SDLCs, Project management and ITIL process.

• He/She should be presentable, confident in his/her approach and should be able to deal with people across the hierarchy. Should be assertive and able to influence.

• Mobility within geography (flexible to travel)

• Passionate and willing to influence change

• Reasonable leadership skills

• Good team player with an ability to become a coach

• Fast learner and adaptive to changes

• Preferably Lean Boot Camp Trained
