Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Identify unique learning initiatives based on the needs of different Business Units (BUs)

2. Handle end to end learning event Includes creating and releasing marketing mailers, collating nominations, registration, blocking facilitator, invoicing, etc

3. Leverage and drive cost optimal event and interventions involving multiple business units.

4. Measure effectiveness of learning interventions and suggest improvements based on the results

 

Must Haves

1. Min 8 yrs of experience in handling and managing training operations

2. Understands Project Management processes and Six Sigma

 

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 12 - 15 years
