Job Description

Sales Transformation Executive;

Responsibility
• Create sales strategy to grow strategic accounts within Continental Europe
• Work with Account Teams with focus on 3 year sales plans, Opportunity shaping and GTM
• Drive execution plans along with the Account Team to ensure revenue and margin growth
• Identify potential Cross Sales/Up Sales opportunities to improve sales pipeline
• Identify relevant Capgemini solutions to be positioned based on clients business priorities
• Industrialize the Account Planning/Execution process across multiple Client Accounts
• Run analysis on Sales Related Numbers/results to generate analytics and actionable insights
• Establish best practices for Account Mining
• Work with the various units to drive cross-functional sales initiatives 

KPIs
• Performance as per KPI of sales Program - Revenue Growth, Bookings Growth, Service portfolio mix
• Fresh Funnel (Pipeline) created as per designated portfolio (Account/ BU)

Educational Qualification: 
• MBA, BE

Primary Skills (Must have):
• Total work experience of between 6 to 12 years (preferably within an IT Services Organization)
• Prior Delivery/Account Management (or mix of both) activities preferred
• Ability to create proactive and relevant pitch and conversation openers for stakeholders
• Prior experience in client facing roles (Sales / Consulting) preferred
• Cross cultural / multi geography exposure working within Tier 1 Indian IT Players preferred. Prior experience working with European Clients would be added advantage
• Proven experience in developing account penetration and development strategies, qualifying opportunities, making sales presentations, closing techniques and developing service and commercial proposals
• Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills, great attitude and team player 
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, follow-up and closing skills
• Ability to lead, run consultative workshops
• Willing to travel as required 

Location
• Based out of Bangalore
• Occasional travel to Continental Europe (Each travel with be 1 to 2 weeks), with a max of 4 to 6 trips in a year.
