Global Business Operations – Manager – Mumbai

Required skills and Job responsibilities

  • Work with Practice Lead, Global Finance Controller and Practice Leadership Team to represent business/delivery side of the financials
  • Responsible for budgeting of entire practice (Should work with Practice Lead, Regional Practice Leads, Regional Finance Controllers and Global Finance Controller)
  • Provide inputs for M-pack from business perspective and ensure timely delivery of the same
  • Participate in M-review discussions alongwith Practice Lead and Global Finance Controller
  • Drive fitness program across the practice to control indirect cost
  • Track and report savings (including restructuring savings) for the practice
  • Get the monthly ARVE forecast from the regions, validate the same and share with finance controller
  • Work on various Business Cases and prepare financial models
  • Work with Pre-sales Lead and Global Finance Controller to prepare Quarterly Business Review
  • Work with Practice Leadership Team to prepare Six Weekly Report
  • Work with Practice Leadership Team to prepare Monthly Flash Report
  • Prepare other ad hoc reports as requested by Practice Lead
  • Tasks related to staffing, SOs, seats, capacity, ISOW.
