Desired candidates profile:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
with 8-12years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysisSolid knowledge of accounting
policies/procedures and financial statements. Hyperion/BOXI with SAP, Oracle
experience preferred.Strong knowledge of MS Office
applications, especially, Excel.Excellent oral, written, analytical,
organizational and interpersonal skills.Ability to independently resolve
complex problems where analysis requires the in depth evaluation of numerous
factors.

and Controllership Teams/Management Effective in managing, resolving issues
and trouble shoot/ handle escalationsPeople management Skills (Should have
managed 50+ people)Manage, coordinate delivery of FP&A
teamWorks closely with divisional financial
managers, VPs, CFO’s to improve forecast reliability.Generate and provide accurate and
timely monthly financial expense information to Finance group.Analyze quarterly and monthly
divisional financial statements including comparison of actual results to
budget/forecast and analysis of key financial metrics and trends.Controllership reconciliations,
analysis & reportingVerify forecast accuracy by comparing
forecast results to actual financial performance.Consolidate division input for fiscal
operating budget. Analyze summary data and highlight
variances from prior periods and among departments for management review. Draft narrative summary of approved
plan.Participate in the consolidation of
divisional input for fiscal operating budget. Analyze summary data and highlight
variances from prior periods and among departments for management review.Perform divisional revenue, gross margin,
variance, and regression analyses.Partner with Corporate Finance staff
and operations managers to identify improvement opportunities. Develop models to support company
initiatives and/or financial decisionsManage analyst resources to ensure timely
and accurate deliverables to senior management other ResponsibilitiesPerform duties as assigned by immediate
supervisor or members of the Dolby management team, subject to approval by
direct manager and/or departmental VP.Perform tasks necessary to complete
company objectives.Assist Corporate Finance team members
on division related projects as needed.
