Job description: Media Planning 

Functional Skills : Media planning & strategy, buying, broad area of expertise across digital media advertising – display & search advertising, social media advertising, ABM advertising, mobile advertising, Web analytics for advertising customer journey

Behavioral Skills : Exposure of working within a very international set-up, ability to play an advisory as well as operational role within a cross-functional set-up, team player, managing a small internal team and specialists at agency 

Role Expectations: 
- Drive Capgemini Group’s global advertising media strategy, working with Group’s Advertising and Brand team, and working together with specialists within the media agency
- Lead operational media planning buying together with the agency, building maximum value for the Group ensuring timely campaign optimizations, evaluation and research
- Nurture relationships with leading media organizations and partners to build advertising media innovations as part of Capgemini’s ambitious brand and advertising road-map 
- Responsible for crafting an efficient customer / prospect journey from advertising traffic, working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Web and Countries
- Advise and support colleagues across Digital and Content, Marketing, local country M&C teams on all aspects of paid advertising 
- Responsible for nurturing customer journey built through advertising traffic, working with Web and Marketing teams to craft campaign landing pages, integration with marketing CRM etc
- Lead a small team and work with colleagues outside of Group Brand and advertising, to drive enhanced reporting and analytics across all advertising campaigns while fully leveraging Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Build the Group’s search advertising strategy and manage day-to-day search marketing operations 
- Develop a robust social media advertising plan, working closely with Digital and Content as well as Marketing teams
- Manage all operational aspects of media advertising including agency relationships, daily reporting

Experience : 5 – 7 years in media planning, media strategy role with high exposure to digital in a multi-geography environment
