Job Description:

We are looking for a Mobility & Immigration Consultant within our team in Mumbai.

 

Specification/ Skill/ Experience

1. Location coordinator for the based location
2. Will co ordinate with onsite mobility/ attorneys for work permit applications
3. Co ordinate with internal clients, PM’s etc for both business visas and  WP requests
4. Coordinate with Travel desks to track visa status and inform business accordingly
5. Coordinating with internal team and deployment team
6.Ensuring all the requests are completed in AIMS
7.Maintaining reports if required manually  
8. Need to be very good in Excel for maintaining reports.
9. Excellent communication skills required.
10. Working as SPOC for some of the countries
11. Invoice clearance for the services taken from external vendors. Coordinating with the required project managers and asking them to raise PO, interacting with procurement team for approving and then with finance for clearance of process
12. Ensure employees traveling have proper and correct work permits / visa
13. Co-ordination on Certificate of coverage for employee traveling to International countries where Social Security
14. Answering queries on extension and mobiles phones of employees
15. Provide time to time support on other administrative functions as well.

12. Ensure employees traveling have proper and correct work permits / visa
14. Directing employee’s for Issue of Forex, Insurance, accommodation etc.
15.Directing all queries to ITSM
16. Ensuring all requests is routed thru AIMS. To ensure managers and employees use it. No visa to be processed without AIMS request unless exception.
17.Interacting with Business Units / Leader and understanding their requirements and catering to it
18. Ensuring process document and checklist are updated at all times
19.Answering queries on extension and mobiles phones of employees
20.Provide time to time support on other administrative functions as well.

 

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5 to 8 years
