This role is responsible for the maintenance, support, and operations of the MuleSoft suite of applications and platform. The Production Support Analyst is responsible for diagnosing and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance and usability for the various system users and providing root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements. He or she will also be accountable for performing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations tasks required for the ongoing functionality of the software applications. Some programming and debugging duties will be required in order to develop queries/reports of varying complexity and to troubleshoot and fix programmatic issues.
Primary Skill Set – MuleSoft: Experienced in J2EE, Java Servlets, JMS, EJB, Design Patterns, Web services and building integration projects using any integration tool.
Solid programming experience using Java, XPath, and XSL/T, J2EE based web applications (JSP, Servlet, JDBC, JMS, JAXB), Design Patterns, JMS, SOAP / REST Web Services, XSLT, CXF, Spring Framework, etc. in order to deliver solutions.
Strong knowledge of EAI/SOA best practices, development methodologies & standards.
Solid programming skills and experience troubleshooting Mule ESB, including working with debuggers, flow analyzers and configuration tools.
Experience working with RAML using Mulesoft
Provides guidance and implementation support to both the technical and application teams on systems interfacing with integration platform.
Solid hands-on experience in architecting and developing with SOAP and REST web services, open API development, and SOA concepts. Ability to create SOAP and REST based service interfaces using MuleSoft’s Mule Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) platform to deliver fast, reliable, and scalable integration API code.
Solid understanding of the design patterns ? Experience with MuleSoft MMC and Enterprise release capabilities is a plus
Provide input to estimates, time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement business processes.
Accountable to achieve exceptional service and support of all integrations including root cause identification and solution recommendation.
Work closely with our SAP, CRM, PR and HRMS teammates and business partners to fully understand the user functionality and identify areas of improvements.
Work with the IT technical leads and Application Development teams in controlling and maintaining the health of the applications
Secondary Skill Set:
4+ years’ experience working in Integration platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Ability to interact with all levels of business users (end-users/executives)
Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multi task in a self-managed environment.
Hands on experience implementing and supporting Enterprise wide integrations.
Vast knowledge of end-to-end business scenarios including Quote-to-cash, CRM, Workday, Sailpoint, MDM and financial transactions and processes.
Customer-centric and Service minded.
Ability to develop technical documentation for training and user procedures
Advanced skill in configuring and supporting MuleSoft applications,
Strong knowledge in writing complex SQL queries,
Strong software development and debug/troubleshooting
