Operations Manager - Senior Manager

The candidate should be able to

• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies to support of BU’s mission for better information flow and manage business processes and organizational planning.

• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT, IFM and Finance) through improvements - coordination and communication between support and business functions.

• Involve in financial management, planning and control the operating expenses.

• Contribute towards optimizing and maintaining a healthy Demand /Supply ratio within the BU and suggest improvements wherever necessary.

• Ensure support/smooth functioning with Finance team with timely reporting.

• Ensure timely and correct data is published to all internal and external parties of BU.

• Assist support teams in monthly/quarterly assessments at BU level - performance against budget, financial and operational goals.

• Assist teams/accounts in achieving the short and long-term financial and managerial goals.

• Participate in meetings with BU Head , Unit Head to discuss the fiscal planning and budgeting.

• Participate in discussions for optimizing Financial and Operational expenses.

• Assist in developing annual budget
