Job Description:

Techno-Functional Skills required –

 

•   Fundamentals skills (structure, rules, logs,…)

•   Advanced administration capabilities

•   Application design, build & Test

•   Product life cycle management & follow-up

•   Issues analysis & resolution

•   Enhancements/roll-outs/Change Request

•    Financial Reporting skills

•    Capgemini Management Reporting model

•    Consultant skills (drive-animate workshops, MoM, PMO, follow-up, communication…)

•    Interpersonal capabilities

•    Analyse client needs.

•    Application administration Management

•    Run mode management

•    Support team follow-up & driving when needed

•    Liaise with INFRA team for HFM related items

•    Liaise with GFS / GBI / GDH teams for master data management and HFM data extracts

•    SPOC across the Group

 

 

Essential Skills and Experience –

 

•    Experience in HFM

•    Microsoft Office expertise, particularly Excel (+smartviews), data form and Visual Basic (Excel Macro)

•    Financial reporting skills : P&L, budget, actual, forecast, reports

•    Good understanding of ERP accounting systems such as Oracle

•    Knowledge in SQL will be appreciated.

•    Excellent communication skills

•    Experience of implementing and supporting various monitoring systems

•    ITIL or familiarity with other operations methodologies.

•    Team Forge (Coconet), ITSM (BMC Remedy)

•    Ability to work under own initiative, within the agreed frameworks of the team

•    Willingness to learn new skills with a positive pro-active approach

•    team player, self confident, meticoulous with strong attention to detail

 

Shift timings: 9am to 6pm CET (12.30 PM to 9.30 pm IST)

Location: Mumbai
