Solutions Architect
 

  • Over Total 10 Years of experience of which 5+ Years as a Solutions Architect.
  • Implementation experience in CRM domain. 
  • Must have experience and strong knowledge on interfaces, Conversion, & reports in CRM modules.
  • Shall have strong Functional knowledge in CRM domain.
  • Must have 4+ Years of strong technical experience in Oracle e Business - R12.
  • Must have 2+ Oracle EBS FULL Life Cycle experience
  • Have experience in developing and integrating new technology into existing IT architectures
  • Good understanding of integration and application architectures in the public and private sectors
  • Have experience designing technical solutions, ideally within the area of Marketing/Loyalty and/or with Oracle products that include:
  • Oracle Responsys, Oracle Bluekai, Oracle Social Cloud, Oracle Marketing Resource Management
  • Have experience of implementing at least 2-3 significant architecture solutions
  • Experience in design and delivery of service-oriented architectures and software development processes such as Agile
  • Demonstrable experience in the elicitation & specification of architectural and non-functional requirements
  • Good familiarity with the disciplines of enterprise software development such as configuration & release management, source code & version controls, and operational considerations such as monitoring and instrumentation

     

    Capability Uplift Stream:

     

  • Ensure that the technical solutions designed to support the Integrated Marketing Management and Loyalty Management Building Blocks integrate into the overall CRM and Client IT landscape
  • Ensure the project outputs align with other IT projects where interdependencies are identified e.g. Multi-channel - eCommerce/ NWP /CIMI
  • Map and design the integrations required between the new technical solutions and other technical solutions within the IT landscape.
  • Creating Solution Architecture Document which outlines how the technical solution fits within the wider CRM and IT landscape.
  • Develop a development plan for the integrations required which aligns to the technical solutions’ Agile development plans.
  • Assist the Project Manager in engaging Third Party Suppliers and Cross Programme Building Blocks to provide their estimates and plans that support the development of the delivery plan.
  • Supporting and working with Third Party Suppliers who design, build and test their elements of the technical solution, including integrations.
  • Participating in design reviews and commenting on the overall suitability of the design to meet the business requirement
  • Assisting the CRM Programme Manager and Building Block Owners and Project Managers in IT stakeholder management
  • Assisting the Test Work Stream in the triage of issues during their testing work
  • Media Marketing Optimisation
  • Support the design of the development/configuration of Media Marketing Optimisation tools if they are required
  • Implementation of Strategic Initiatives Stream
  • Assist the Project Manager with developing the implementation and release plan
  • Assisting the Cutover Work Stream in the production of their Cutover plans
  • Supporting the Post-Implementation Support team with issue resolution after the support teams have undertaken their triage and resolution work
