Job Description

 

·         An Associate would be working as Pega Tech Lead.


Job Specification
• Minimum 6 + years of experience in PRPC technology platform

• At least 4 cycles of PRPC implementation experience

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Possess strong PRPC knowledge in all features from every release and should be guiding all the team members technically

• Facilitate knowledge transfer of PRPC functionality and other frameworks / application functionality knowledge

Primary Skills

 • Good understanding PPRC properties, types and relevance

 • Understand the decision types and decision rules in PRPC

 • Possesses good knowledge on PRPC construction and debugging tools such as tracer utility, clipboard, app accelerators, documentation tools, expression builders and form builders • Sound understanding of user interface both PRPC out of the box and generic

• Good understating of PRPC flows, interpretation of flow shapes, SLAs, tickets, interpretation of complex flow shapes for business scenarios, activities, activity step methods, OOTB activities

• Good handle on correspondence and reporting features in PRPC

• Understand the rules management and associated tools such as export &amp; import tools, skimming and bulk processing tools

• Good at PPRC configurations such as PDM, email server, Scan station and other configurations

• Hands on experience in PRPC Integration with other systems

• Ability to Review the designs developed by Clients or other parties as well

• Ensure that systems are built for change, scalable, reusable

• Experience in any Framework implementation Projects

• Preference will be given to people having Good understanding of PRPC security model, integrating PRPC with external managed security such as LDAP and Knowledge of general PRPC architecture and its fitment to J2EE architecture

Secondary Skills (Nice to have)

• Knowledge of any other BPM Tool

• Knowledge on Agile Methodology/SCRUM etc

• Client facing role in earlier projects

• Insurance/Banking Domain knowledge

• Ability to build strong relationship with team members
