HR analytics GTM, solutioning , Presales and delivery
• Thought leadership to drive Capgemini GTM in the HR analytics field.
• Present and demonstrate data science solutions at HR forums
• Actively participate in developing sales and marketing messages, materials and techniques for the HR Analytics
• Provide market feedback to the data science delivery and solutions development teams.
• Answer RFPs , client proposals
• Hold conversations with client representatives on HR analytics requirements and solutions
• Be ready to travel extensively in India and abroad
• Analyze HR data, offer actionable analysis and reporting ; developing complex modeling that serves HR needs
• Help customers build and evaluate people intelligence function from Hiring, engagement and Retention
• Utilizing external and demographic data sources to understand talent availability and forecasting
Competencies Required • Proven track record in solution design, presales, and business development in HR analytics
• Effective relationship building skills through effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand business requirements, convert them to analytics requirements and envision analytical solutions
• Degree in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, Economics, Physics, and/ or Engineering).
• Strong statistics knowledge and hands-on expertise of predictive analytics and analytical techniques including sampling, clustering, decision trees. segmentation, time-series, forecasting, and linear/ logistic regression
Desired Skills • Demonstrable skills in consultative sales development style
• Experience in selling analytics/ data science solutions, services, or Cloud based solutions
• Excellent communication skills and impeccable professionalism
• Enthusiasm for local and some international travel
• Organized and methodical approach to work
• Proven ability to work with HR business leaders in translating actionable analysis into measurable business results
