Job Description

  • Co-ordination of internal, external & board meetings .
  • Managing leadership schedule & update their calendar entry accordingly.
  • Collate & circulate agenda, record meeting minutes to stake holders in advance before the meeting .
  • Maintain minutes, including taking notes at meetings and circulate to all stake holders.
  • Making presentations & amp; reports as per the management requirements.
  • Maintain the time sheet for the consultant staff in the team.
  • Providing budget forecast for the project to the required team.
  • Preparing financials & costing for the upcoming projects.
  • Taking care of logistics, Domestic and International travels, Transfers and Visa related activities for practice.
