Job Description :

As Solution Lead, your task is to help GTM Lead qualify and drive new business opportunities, providing deep domain expertise to solution, support stand-up and service of our client engagements and contribute in innovating our service and market development. 

Job Responsibilities : 

• Proposal and solution development for new business opportunities 

• Support the definition and execution of go-to-market activities 

• Have the pulse to the market and clients, to help define expectations/best practices around offering and ensure offerings are compelling and relevant 

• Participate or support in client meetings 

• Maintain a solid understanding of emerging cloud trends 

• Assist the GTM Lead in the business development lifecycle: client engagement, opportunity shaping, solution development 

• Assist /Engage with client stakeholders to lead mobilization efforts on client engagement 

• Contribute to a positive work environment that influences high employee engagement 

Basic Qualifications: 

• 5-8 years’ varied experience including cloud, business development and consulting. 

• Solid track record of deal shaping 

• Superb written and verbal communication skills 

• Compelling presenter 

• Team player with the ability to accomplish results and lead teams 

• Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) 

• Ability to work in a global team environment 

• Thrive in high energy, high profile environment 

Educational Qualification: 

MBA (IT Systems) preferred 

Ideally The Candidate Should Possess The Following: 

• Ability to create techno-commercial proposals focused at the C-Level 

• Superb presenter/ public speaker 

• Thought leader, able to bring new thinking and help solve client problems
