Problem Resolution SPA

Short Description

Work in an Accounts Payable Helpdesk department of a Global luxury hotel brand.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls for US and UK region.
* Manage centralized Email mailbox and voicemail box.
* Work in a blended profile as there are inbound calls and emails to handle.
* Work on the ticketing tool for better SLA management.
* Work on AP related queries from our client and from their suppliers.
* Create Vendor code and maintain vendor data.
* Resolve Account Payable (AP) related inquires for Hotel.
* Work closely with the various team in AP (like Processing and Payments team)
