Job Description:

 

We are hiring ITIL Process consultant for Mumbai location.

 

Specification / Skills / Experience

1. Executing end to end Process consulting projects based on ITIL / ISO 20000 / CMMI SVC models and frameworks
2. Drive Continuous Service Improvement programs using various methods and techniques
3. Facilitate integration of service management tools, processes and SLA / KPI’s 
4. Define measurement framework for SLA/KPI’s 
5. Conducting ITIL training programs at all levels and active involvement in development and maintenance of training course materials
6. Active contribution in Pre-sales activities and customer relationship management 
7. Active contribution in sales and brand building 
8. Ownership of client engagements and quality deliverables 
9. Contribute best practices to knowledge repository 
10. Mentoring ITIL consultants 
11. The job may involve short-term, medium, long term deployment at customer location (could be anywhere in India and Abroad)
 

Location: Mumbai (Airoli)

Experience: 4 to 7 yrs

Primary Skills: 

1. Experience in defining ITIL processes 
2. Should have executed end to end consulting assignment which includes Gap analysis, Process Definition, implementation road map and auditing
3. Knowledge on Application and infrastructure Maintenance lifecycle and Transition 
4. Experience in working directly with clients 
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills 
6. Total relevant work experience of 4- 10 years and at least 2 years’ experience in ITIL consulting (Process definition) Desired Skills & Experience 
7. ITIL Expert or at least 2 Intermediate modules certified 
8. ISO/IEC 20000 Implementer / Lead auditor certified 
9. Assessment/auditing skills
10. Knowledge on other related frameworks and standards like DevOps, Agile, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, COBIT, CMMi SVC etc., will be an added advantage
