Job Responsibilities

 Behavioral requirement for 'Project Coordinator.
Provides full support to the Programme/Project Managers in their role of Programme/Project Delivery in the provision of project schedule, cost and finance information to aid the Programme/Project control and monitoring. Will work within a structured team environment with some having line management responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree preferably related to IT;
• 1-2 Years of IT Experience;
• Skills and Knowledge in Project Management tools like MS Projects and Ms Office;
• Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills;
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral);
• Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Motivated, reliable self-starter;
• Team player with a positive attitude

• Manages and Co-ordinates the Project Schedule with the team members and make sure they know their scope and responsibilities;
• Compiles and maintains Project reports and MOM;
• Manages communication across the project team, i.e. change in Schedule or any other Key Project Updates;
• Vendor co-ordination and relationship if applicable;
• Assists Project Manager / Programme Manager and assist in Budget Monitoring and Meeting with stakeholders
