Project Lead - Environment Management Services / QA environment & Masking tools

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as Infra team lead• Minimum 7+ years of experience in infrastructure support• Minimum 2+ years as TEMS or Environment manager, managing either production support or lower environments - QA, DEV & Testing• Good experience interacting with c-level and involved in strategizing and planning• Knowledge of virtual environments• Very good understanding of Banking and finance industry, should be self-starter• Good understanding of application architecture & Middleware Integration• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as peer relationship skills• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills• Possesses strong individual work ethic and team participation• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio and Project applications• Aware of concepts like TEMS, CMF, DevOps• Good understanding of masking tools, methods and technology• Aware of software development lifecycle methodologyJob description• Performs the daily health checks and publish the dash boards with status• Update project teams on outages, upgrades and releases• Handles the incidents and resolutions in the environment• Handles environment requests – new and changes• Acts as the primary contact for inquiries and request handling • Generate and maintian Environment policy and test data management policy• Creates the catalogue requests for infrastructure components• Forwards the requests and issues for resolution to appropriate queue / teams • Prepares the documentation on standard operating procedures, continuous improvement plans• Performs the estimates and planning for the new environments• Provides the specifications and standards to be incorporated into the environment as per the DTCC enterprise policy for Infrastructure and IT initiatives • Creates the architecture diagrams for exiting and new environments being created• Guides the support teams to build the standard operating procedures • Examines the architecture and specifications of different environments for the same application and report on parity issues, risks and improvement suggestions• Oversees the repeating the issues and provide an automation process for remediation• Performs the suggestions into continuous improvement initiative • Guides the project teams on conflict resolution, data sharing mechanisms and integration issues
