Roles & Responsibilities

*Collaborate with Capgemini sales leadership, bid managers and solution strategists to develop proposals and presentations that lead to winning new business

*Coordinate all aspects of document management for pursuit-specific deliverables such as responses to RFIs/RFPs, proposals and client presentations

*Play an active role as a member of the Proposal Support Team.


Team responsibilities include:

*Document management of RFIs and RFPs; pre-populating responses/presentations with standard content; ensuring key messages are appropriately integrated; reviewing, editing and proofreading all content; applying templates and formatting

*Generate high-impact sales materials such as knowledge management documents, proposals and presentations that help differentiate Capgemini in the eyes of client and/or target audience, generally senior management

*Help identify, create and articulate key messaging within the context of proposal writing; break down complicated subject matter and write clear, concise, and persuasive messages

*Build rapport and understanding with decision-making team and advise and collaborate to support pursuit

*Responsible for reviewing and proofreading proposals, responses, and client presentations for quality, cohesiveness of win themes, accuracy of content, Capgemini brand standards and proper grammar

*Oversee and actively participate in the creation and maintenance of proposal and presentation content in company-wide knowledge repositories

*Improve efficiency and productivity of bid support process through continuous improvement projects and enhancements

*Bring best content into proposals through administration of knowledge management, content management, and document management disciplines and best practices

*Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced, multi-project environment

*Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization, external constituents and vendors; strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills are required

*Ability to self-manage multiple projects, often with short turn-around times in a fast-paced business environment; ability to work flexible hours, anticipate challenges and think quickly to support sales pursuits

*A strong knowledge of sales processes and the IT market for large, global service providers is also required. Utilize knowledge of pursuit processes to provide strong, persuasive and targeted messaging.

*Mastery of English language and strong copywriting, editing and proofreading competency required.

*Expert in MS Office applications: Word, PowerPoint and Excel

*High degree of comfort working in virtual, cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams

*Strong organizational and time management skills
