Technical requirement for 'SAP CRM - Service'
• 5 to 6 yrs of Exp with 2- 3 E2E implementations on SAP CRM 7.0
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to Design, Build, Test & Deploy Interaction centre Webclient including Agent functions, profiles, Agent inbox, Rule modeler, Category modeler, IC Manager functions
• Integrate Interaction Center as part of a multi-channel solution including E Commerce
• Knowledge of ERMS / CTI (Computer Telephony integration) will be an added advantage
• Desire to share knowledge with team members.
