The successful candidate will have the following:
The successful candidate should have some experience in Accounting
it will be preferred that the candidate should have worked for an Audit or Accounting Firm with hands on experience
in preparation of accounts up to the stage of filing Tax Returns .
The candidate should be self-motivated, able to work under pressure and be able to 
communicate with all areas of the business.Being able to describe low level detail to team members and managers
alike and take ownership of tasks allocated, with regular feedback is essential.
Experience required – 3-6 years
Core Skills: SAP FI, CO AP ,AR,GL, Assets, Tax revenue management

To be considered for this functional role, experience across the following areas is essential: -
• Good Experience and understanding of SAP FI basics with relevance to accounting processess.
• Experience of SAP FI/CO Implementation/ support/rollout projects. 
• Experience in user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs
• Identify as-is processes and to-be processes for Implementation projects is must skill required in resource
• Must have the ability to write Functional Specification/ Configuration documents
• Works with internal customers, external consultants, IT Applications staff and other stakeholders to identify
requirements, assess available technologies, and recommend solutions will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of SD, PP or MM integration points.
• Should have sound functional and configuration knowledge of master data, GL, AP, AR, Asset accounting 
and Cash and Bank accounting, automatic payment programs, Lockbox. 
• Knowledge in New GL, Document splitting and Controlling (PCA, CCA, Cost Elements, Internal Orders, COPA and 
Product Costing knowledge is must for CO resource) 
• Experience in supporting period-end close and Year end close processes
• Good problem solving, troubleshooting and technical experience with the ability to root cause application issues
• Experience in Test case preparation, Unit testing, UAT support.
• Knowledge of HP Quality Centre for Defect Management will be an advantage.
• Need to have strong documentation skills, ability to help train internal end-users in functionality
• Resource should have sound knowledge of SAP (transactions, tables, iDocs, interfaces, preparation of BBPs, etc)
• Experience in working with ABAP developers to complete object development and testing will be added advantage
• Excellent Communication skills.
