Role: SAP – Presales - Solution Manager

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:

  • Defines & shapes the strategy and the action plan for all M&
  • C of a business unit (e. g. SBU, Country, BU, …), for internal /
  • external targets.
  • Coordinates all Marketing & Communications initiatives in a given business area, to secure one voice to the market and
  • optimize ROI on M&C initiatives
  • Has a strong relationship with senior leadership, both regionally and globally
  • Deliverables:
  • Collaborate with business and sales leaders to understand their needs
  • Propose a marketing and communications strategy for the unit, and manages the implementation of the
  • Have insight and conduct research into the relevant market place; understand customer issues and competitive landscape
  • Leverage Group M&C assets
  • Be part of the unit’s leadership team
  • Manage both the on- and off-shore M&C resources dedicated to the unit
  • Plan and own the M&C budget of the unit.
  • Ensure appropriate ROI for initiatives, whether qualitative or quantitative
  • Be responsible for reputation management, building and sustaining external and internal visibility for the brand in given
  • Drive transformation initiatives
