• Well versed with Incident Management, Change Management and Implementation
• Knowledge of SAP Security
• Very good Customer relationship management, stakeholder management and Escalation Management
• Good to have Infrastructure and application integration knowledge
• Experienced in driving proposal responses, working across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Experience with complex infrastructure management work is mandatory
