SAP Service Delivery Manager

  • Total 10 – 14 Years overall experience in SAP domain
  • SAP SDM, Prior delivery management experience
  • Manage the overall delivery of one large engagement or multiple smaller AM engagements that have ~ 30 to 150 FTEs/ are multi-tower/ have complex location distribution.
  • Should be able to manage overall Engagement related delivery strategy,  overall customer satisfaction, delivery led sales, portfolio expansion and new business development
  • Responsible for reviewing Engagement Financials & Margins

Graduate / Post-Graduate from one of the reputed university

Job Responsibilities

  • Total 10 – 14 Years overall experience in SAP domain
  • Manage the overall delivery of one large engagement or multiple smaller AM engagements that would have ~ 30 to 150 FTEs/ are multi-tower/ have complex location distribution.
  • Should have previous service delivery management or similar experience in leading small to medium size teams, process management and stakeholder management in the area of service delivery
  • Good people leadership skills. Ability to lead large teams.
  • Ability to provide continuous and constructive feedback.
  • Should be able to manage overall Engagement related delivery strategy,  overall customer satisfaction, delivery led sales, portfolio expansion and new business development
  • Responsible for reviewing Engagement Financials & Margins
  • Business relationships related abilities: Ability to develop rapidly, manage continuously & ethically, leverage appropriately.
  • Ability to challenge onshore and client teams constructively
  • Implement strong program management practices like scope management and change request management as per standard implementation best practices
  • Responsible for development and deployment of overall strategy for improving profitability of engagements by effective management.
  • Responsible for overall governance of engagements managed and effective management of escalations
