1. Service delivery management from offshore engagement Managing end-to-end support engagement

2. Managing engagement financial

3. Planning resource requirement and obtaining resource

4. Ensuring customer delivery KPIs are met or exceeded by delivery of team

5. Ensuring proactive value creation in SAP landscape and delivery process is ideated and implemented every month

6. Monitoring customer contract and any deviation being tracked and reported

7. Customer reporting

8. Ensuring contracted OTACE

9. Managing delivery of Capgemini teams in India and onshore.

10. Need to be complete self driven, who is able to manage operation without any follow up

11. Ability to continuously create ideas for improvement in delivery and landscape

12. Ability to manage large team (40+) across various technologies

13. Ability to work with leaders of other OBUs (BIM, Infra) for resource and delivery quality

14. ITIL certified.

15. Ready to travel
