•Work in an Accounts Payable Helpdesk department of a Global luxury hotel brand.
•Handle inbound and outbound calls for US and UK region.
•Manage centralized Email mailbox and voicemail box.
•Work in a blended profile as there are inbound calls and emails to handle.
•Work on the ticketing tool for better SLA management.
•Work on AP related queries from our client and from their suppliers.
•Create Vendor code and maintain vendor data.
•Resolve Account Payable (AP) related inquires for Hotel.
•Work closely with the various team in AP (like Processing and Payments team)
