Job description

The
candidate should have an exposure to both call handling and Incident ManagementThe
candidate should have exposure to outbound B2B interaction and support.Customer
service, Exceeding call quality and efficiency standards.Adherence
to Process, Policy & Procedures Meeting and exceeding client SLAMaintain
and support applications and their operating environmentsFlexible
working in shifts and sign a service agreement as per company policy.
