HR - Business Partner – Senior Consultant – Mumbai

Required skills and Job responsibilities

  • She/He would be responsible for executing the HR Mandate in alignment with the Business goals within the framework of Organization’s values and direction
  • Provide strategic support for retention plan for the business, plan and implement retention initiatives
  • Responsible for driving Talent development initiatives in his/her defined BU/Geography/Engagements
  • Responsible for driving Performance Management across the business in his/her defined BU/Geography/Engagements
  • Facilitate and Drive organization level initiatives/program across in his/her defined BU/Geography/Engagements and ensure compliance
  • Develop and implement Employee Engagement programs within the BU…with innovation being ‘CORE’
  • Work closely with Business to understand the issues and provide robust solutions
  • Provides guidance and knowledge that cover multiple areas of human resources, including C&B, Career Development, Employee relations, or other services
  • Maintain and prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports; with an eye for detail
  • Liaison with other human resources functions for smooth functioning of business
  • Need to be a change agent to influence and drive people oriented initiatives within the business
  • Should be able to lead and drive key initiatives/parameters for the entire BU, centrally
  • Min & Max Experience – 5 years min & 9 years max
  • Reason for Creating Requisition – Replacement
  • Minimum Education Required – Graduation
