Recruitment Coordinator– 2 to 4 yrs Kolkata

Recruitment  Role Description: The team member is responsible for processing the Recruitment process correctly and timely according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality, interact with Candidates and the Client on a daily basis via phone and email, work on resolving HR related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members, ensure that the documentation is up to date. General Responsibilities / Accountabilities: - Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to Recruitment - Process Recruitment requests - Answer client’s calls and emails - Process client’s queries and escalations - Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures - Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan - Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes Vacancy management Job advert management - Adjust posting - Manage publishing process Prescreening - Manage applications - Manage feedback process Assessment - Manage assessment preparation - Candidate management - Process logistics Offer management - Manage entry documentation Data entry management - Create employee record - Initiate welcome services - Manage on boarding process
