Roles and Responsibilities   

 

The role is part of the BAU organization under Production & Control Team in the assigned engagement. The role will be responsible for implementing, governing, enhancing the quality of service / deliverables in the assigned engagement.

Will conduct quality / maturity audits on technology towers & projects across ITIL & Operational governance processes. Follow through with the CAPA process for process improvements.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

Skill/Experience/Specification:

1. Understand and analyze data to measure and monitor service quality, independently

2. Identification of systemic delivery issues and recommending solutions, to improve quality of delivery / operations.

3. Collaborate with Engagement Process Team & Technical Team Managers for identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

4. Perform internal random/schedule audits on process/practices to identify gaps in implementation and draw recommendations for improvements, communicate changes and monitor implementation.

5. Conduct Training / coaching programs specific to the assigned engagement.

6. Collaborate with central QA team where required

7. Identify best practices in other delivery units and replicate them in assigned engagement.

8. Actively contributes to the overall success of the Delivery Function / Engagement.

9. Uses industry standard / best practices and tools for reporting & decision making to present to senior leadership in assigned engagement.

10. Preparing Quality documentation by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information in assigned engagement.

 

Personal Specification Essential:

• A strong background (hands on experience) on Quality Management System, Quality Audit Process, Compliance & Risk management.

• A good working knowledge of ISO-9001, ISO-20000, ITIL processes.

• Exposure in IT Infrastructure Services based projects / engagements.

• Decent understanding of read and interpretation of contractual terms & conditions, commercials, etc.,

• About 8 to 10 years of total experience and 3 to 4 years of minimum experience in the Quality / Delivery Excellence functions

• ITIL / ISO auditor certifications

• Should be able to work in Europe time zone as well

• Very good communication skills and people skills - ability to command respect and influence others

• The ability to work well both individually and as a team member

 

Desirable:

• Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification (preferable)
