-Preferred ITIL Foundation Certified
-Implementing an end-to-end knowledge strategy that combines all the Customer and all Service Providers
-Maintaining use of the central SKMS among all SPs to ensure knowledge is captured, reused and authenticated in accordance with the SI KM process,
-Ensuring knowledge stored locally by SPs is fed into SKMS and shared with all SPs,
-Maintaining up to date KM WIs and popularizing the SI KM process and SKMS across the Ecosystem,
-Verifying with SPs that SKMS is fit for purpose and readily available,
-Analyzing feedback provided by SKMS users to constantly improve the knowledge and enhance the KM strategy,
-Managing the existing and new Knowledge articles to provide accuracy and consistency of SKMS,
-Collaborating with SPs to identify the knowledge requirements and gaps and progress those items through the KM process,
-Monitoring the knowledge input of all SPs to ensure the deadlines described in KPIs are met,
-Validating captured knowledge and publishing knowledge articles within specified timeframe,
-Presenting the knowledge management deliverables to the business in scheduled reports
