Senior Team Member - HPS WFM RTA

Job description

Candidate should have a exposure to Contact Center Management.
Candidate should have understanding of key WFM metrics.
Must have hands on experiece on exception and database management.
Workforce Tool knowledge of IEX 4.6 is preferred
Excellent communication - oral and written skills.
Willingness to work in evening shifts.
Healthcare / Insurance knowledge with experience in North American centers will be an added advantage
Goodexcel knowledge.
