Develops new reporting capability in-line with business requirements, perform solution configuration activities as part of transitions and provide on-going solution support.

Understands and is able to interpret reporting requirements in the context of the available technical solutions

Contributes towards the production high-level and detailed design documents

Contributes towards all necessary solution configuration required as a result of new account or service transition

Working knowledge of ITIL framework

Should have experience in Service Level Report

Should be comfortable using advance excel functions and Macros

Should be able to write simple SQL queries

Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative through pro-active behavior
