Service Level Manager_5 to 7 years_ Noida



Roles & Responsibilities       

•     Review current Service Level Management practices of a large IT Services provider

•     Define and document the Service Level Management process based on industry best practices that is suitable for the IT Service provider

•     Ensure all services comply with the defined Service Level Management process

•     Prepare standard templates to capture SLA/OLA requirements for onboarding new services

•     Periodic compliance reviews and improvement inputs

•     Works closely with the tools team for SLM configuration compliant with the process

•     Publish periodic reports on SLAs, OLAs, system capacity and availability


Required Skills          

•     Must have defined, implemented Service Level Management process for a large IT organization based on industry best practices like ITIL

•     Must have process improvement/development experience

•     Familiarity with BMC Remedy Service Level Management module is desired

•     Communication skills to act as technical liaison for technical developers/system administrators or PMO.

•     Strong verbal, written and process documentation skills.
