Service Line Marketing Manager

Digital Customer Experience (DCX) is a Strategic Service under Capgemini Group, that enables clients to improve business performance through digital transformation . This role will be part of that marketing team. You will report into the Global Marketing Lead of DCX and work closely to formulate marketing plans and execute them. In India, you will sit within the global marketing and communications shared services team, reporting into the Marketing Stream Lead. MACS (Marketing & Creative Services) which is the Group-wide Marketing & Communications shared services organization providing services ranging from design and web to marketing program management and campaign support.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support the Global Service Line marketing lead in executing annual marketing and communications plans both external and internal across channels/platforms

• Work with the Global business teams to formulate these plans using research, planning workshops, messaging workshops etc

• Help build marketing and communications assets based on agreed-upon messaging, that are necessary to deliver on these plans. Work with internal MACS streams or external agencies for the development of these assets.

• Execute the marketing plans across channels, including events, advertising, web, social media, PR and AR

• Work with the different channel owners to execute these

• Manage execution of IC plan on global intranet hub and through GSL webinar series as well as other appropriate channels, with focus on sales mobilization

• Work closely with local country and Business Unit marketing teams to run sales, awareness and positioning campaigns into the countries

Experience: 6 to 9 years

 

Primary Skills

• The candidate needs to have taken a service line to market independently, for a geography, including creating messaging and executing marketing plans across channels

• He/ she would have had worked with the business teams directly and with creative teams

• Multi-national experience would be a distinct advantage Candidate background:

• An experience of 7-9 years in similar positions

• Very solid foundation in marketing, communications and branding

• Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written is a must

• Strong interpersonal and executive interactions skills

• Clarity of thought and ability to negotiate ambiguity

• Ability to deliver against stretched targets

• Highly proactive, creative and able to bring solutions and new ideas to the business

• Dynamic, self driven and highly professional at all times Qualification: - Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Marketing and/or proven experience in similar role.
