Task • Manage the deployment projects for different regions globally 
• This role would be more specific to Service Now right now but will be more generic to other tools in future
• Main activity would be to deploy (Service Now) across various regions in AXA 
• Manage the data quality checks 
• Manage data upload tasks 
• Optimize and configure service request workflow 
• Manage part of BAU activities 
• Coordinate with central deployment team and regional stakeholders to ensure process guides, testing materials are localized when needed and kept up to date 
Skills Set Requirements
• Mandatory
• Desired /Nice to have Mandatory
• Understanding of enterprise IT architecture
• Understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog)
• Working knowledge of relational databases
• Experience with Service Now configuration(s) and formatting & configuring data for the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) / Configuration Items/ Asset Management 
• Knowledge of technical components such as:
o LDAPs, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.
o Application UI Configuration
o Workflow Configuration
o Data Import and Management
o Development of required requested specific reporting
o Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP etc.)
• Advanced Scripting (client / server) – Custom Business Rules, Script includes
• Methodologies like Agile / SDLC / Start Now
• Service Now CMS experience – Managing the Employee Self Service portal, Jelly Scripting, JQuery, HTML, CSS, Java Scripting 
• Hands on experience in complex / custom Integrations / web services/APIs – Integrating Service Now with third party tool (Direct / via middleware)
• Preferred: Service Now Admin Certification
• Preferred: ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
• Encourages fellow team members to make innovative contributions and embrace ideas
• Other tasks/duties as assigned
Demonstrate ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) arou all key technical decisions during project delivery/deployment
