Service Request Management Process Owner_3 to 5 years_Noida


Roles & Responsibilities:

- Define, document and implement end-to-end request processing and fulfilment process.

- Mitigate non-compliance issues and process risks by appropriate escalation.

- Work with stake holders to ensure new and changed services are introduced seamlessly into operation

- Assess process performance, identify bottlenecks and execute on suggestions/improvements

- Complete appropriate documentation and ensure that each service request process improvement runs through the appropriate review cycle.


Required Skills:

- Specialized knowledge of defining, documenting and implementing Service Request Management processes for IT providers/Application Management organizations.

- IT Process improvement/development experience

- Familiarity with one or more SRM tools (ServiceNow, BMC, etc.) is desired

- Ability to understand service request automation and provide improvement recommendations

- Communication skills to act as technical liaison between Management and technical developers/system administrators or PMO.

- Strong verbal, written and process documentation skills.
