Back Office experience
Understanding of Basic HRO functions such as Payroll and Compensation
Prior experience in Claim Operations/HRO/Payroll processes will be preferred
Good Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM Tools such as Salesforce
Team management experience of 1-2 years
Tracking and Managing Key KPIs and SLAs
Reporting
Understanding of Transaction Monitoring for Back Office process
