decision maker. Communication Business English required. Excellent written
and verbal communication skills. Project reporting to multiple levels internally and
externally (e.g. key stakeholders/vendors/ customers). Negotiation skills Able to motivate and influence team
members, gain agreement with interested parties with differing objectives. Issue resolution. Self-Motivated Self-controlled, appropriate
level of assertiveness, reliability, openness. Quality orientation Risk identification and mitigation,
