Technical Lead - Statistical Modeling

Desired Candidate Profile
Exposure to statistical modeling techniques, simulated annealing, Monte Carlo simulation, Particle Filter theory, Bayesian Network, Kalman Filters, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Hidden Markov model (HMM) etc. Hands-on to data assessment, methodology formulation and development through statistical analytic engines. Skill should involve the application of statistical analysis techniques to extract quantifiable and qualifiable data sets for processing and dissemination of statistical information. Exposure to conducting reliability tests, perform reliability & performance analysis of the models and iteratively tune statistical models for improvement. Should have worked in the development of algorithms related to machine learning, fusion technologies, which combines physics of failure and data driven methods. Exposure to evolutionary concepts like Genetic Algorithm, Ant-Colony Optimization Exposure to soft-computing approaches like Fuzzy Logic and Neural Network Exposure to usage of statistical analysis software tools such as R. Exposure to developing enterprise-wide business analytics (intelligent decision support system) in distributed deployment environment employing web- services Exposure to as Job description Function as one of the team members in projects where statistical analysis is an integral part, Exploration of various statistical techniques in the context of the scope & scenario of the project and evolution of decision matrix for adopting specific methodologies to be used in particular project for arriving at an intelligent decision support system Engagement into project life-cycle including data collection, database generation, model generation & evaluation, model verification and validation Documentation of statistical results of the exploration / research project by creating graphs, tables and charts
