Job Description: 6+ years of Siebel
experience, Experience implementing large scale/complex Siebel 7.x and 8.x
projects, Experience in testing and performance tuning Siebel Applications,
Siebel Certifications [v 7.x or higher] (good to have) Technical / Other Skill
Set : 1 Siebel 7.*, 8.* knowledge 2 Siebel Concepts, business processes 3
Configuration, Scripting (eScript) 4 EAI 5 Workflows 6 EIM 7 Knowledge of ITIL
processes, Waterfall and Agile methodology 8 Domain Knowledge of Task UI (Good
to have) Responsibilities : 1 Must understand the
existing CRM Application architecture 2 Deliver and articulate solutions for
integration with other systems 3 Exploit all features and capabilities of CRM 4
Assist in defining scope and sizing of work 5 Coordinate with
implementation/Development team for releases 6 Performance Tuning 7 Understand
business requirements and provide consultation/best practice recommendations 8
Functional design and technical design: Should be able to understand high level
design and low level design for implementation and flag supportability issues 9
Coordination with other teams, as needed, for solution implementation People Skills: 1 Excellent written and
verbal communication skills 2 Team Leader 3 Good Customer relationship,
Leadership and People skills 4 Decision maker with appropriate stakeholder
management 5 Excellent presentation skills, technical documentation and
