Job Specification / Skills:

  • Strong knowledge
    on QTP / UFT (5-7 years of experience)

  • Managed and worked
    on Security projects in banking domain

  • Strong knowledge
    on SQL queries.

  • Significant
    previous Test Management experience - Previous experience of working in a
    financial services environment –

  • Technical
    abilities of knowing application(s) in depth - Intensive knowledge on one more
    test management tools (preferably HPALM) - Intensive knowledge on office tools

  • Secondary Skills-
    Desired Skills any 3. - Offshore – onshore coordination - ISTQB certification -
    Team building capabilities - Good Mentor - Lead the team efficiently

Job
Responsibilities:

  •  Overall accountability for all testing
    activities taking place within the project/ program - Escalation point for all
    test-related issues

  • Strong Banking
    Domain Knowledge –

  • Participate in the
    evaluation of the outcome of each test cycle, test results are fully documented
    for traceability & verification.

  •  Define and provide oversight on the testing
    process

  • Define and
    providing the overall plan for testing activities and resource allocation
    across releases and projects - Overall test resource manager, responsible for
    forecasting and management of supply and demand of resources

  • Define and oversee
    testing process for all releases

  • Coaching and
    mentoring the testers in team

  • Actively
    participate with the test team in ensuring sufficient test coverage for test
    phase in order to mitigate the test phase risks Financial Management

  •  Responsible for accurate and timely reporting
    against the project plans and budgets in line with agreed program governance
    Risk Management

  •  Identify and evaluate project risks and issues
    and devise and implement effective mitigation strategies People Management -
    Management of testing resources aligned to the work stream Client Management

  • Very good
    relationship with client with effective communication, support, dedication and
    trust Soft Skills

  • Good communication
    and co-ordination skills - Effective interactions with client - Good
