 2. Extensive HPQC knowledge: - Creating a detailed test cases - Able to understand existing test cases - Customize exiting test cases - Ability to execute test cases 

3. Ability to produce Online Metrics 

4. Excellent skills in status reporting (defect management, QA Scorecard) 

5. Collaboration skills to work with a developer one on one in dB2 environment

 6. Prior experience/knowledge of working in an offshore - onshore type of work environment

 7. Advanced Mainframe knowledge (hands on), ability to work with Host tables 

8. Should be able to validate financial reporting

 9. Basic knowledge to create SQL scripts in DB2 environment, including navigation 

10. Basic front end testing knowledge 

11. Skills to create test data using mainframe files 

12. FileAid knowledge 

13. Should be able to work on tight timelines for EAs 

14. Ability to read and understand requirements 

15. Ability to produce test coverage and test scenarios based on requirements 16. Quick learner
