Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and Develop Next generation service operation model for Data services

• Design and Develop Next generation service operation framework / guideline

• Design and Develop Next generation service operation methodology

• Design and Develop Next generation Tools & Platforms

• Implementation of Next generation service operation model in Data services group

• Responsible for sustenance and continuous improvement of the operation model & framework by incorporating best practices and industry trends

• Responsible to build team & new business / services from ground-up

• Develop marketing materials and create awareness among the unit / analyst / clients

• Responsible for Transforming employees by effective training and grooming model

• Collaborate with multiple stake holders across the board

• Working with multiple Tower / Regional / Delivery / Accounts / Sales team

• Working with diversified team across the globe

• Transition Management

• Transformation through process standardization in Operation

• Design Industrialized delivery model.

• Product evaluations.


Required Skills and Competencies

• 14+ years of experience in Large IT Managed services with proven capabilities in

o Presale / Solution

o Service transition management

o Program / Account management – P&L; Farming; Client expectation mgmt.;

o Infrastructure IT Service / Project management

o Data center operation management

o Productivity management – Automation; Shared service; Role optimization

o Finance management – Budget plan & compliance; Billing; Track & Report

o Quality / Service assurance compliance

o Team management – Large team (300+)

o Vendor / partner and Contract / Risks management

• Should have working / living experience in overseas (preferably Europe)

• Should have proven experience in Cost optimization by various techniques

• Should have work experience in Large deal RFPs

• Should have work experience in Large transition / Transformation engagement

• Experience in developing methodologies and tools / techniques to Industrialize

• Experience in working in Large IT Service organization

• Experience in handling one or more Global clients – USA, Europe, & ROW

• Experience in implementation of Quality processes and Industry standards (ITIL)

• Should possess good People leadership skill

• Good communication skills both verbal and written

• Good interpersonal and collaborative management skills

• Commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace

• Proficient in MS Power point, Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Experience in handling Client visits (Demo / Presentation) is desirable

• Proficiency in one or more Infrastructure product / technology is desirable
