  • Knowledge of Industry wise Scope for KM
  • KM functions in AD, AM environment
  • KM functions in a typical software development project
  • Social media exposure
  • Ticketing management
  • Develop effective Communication between internal and external customers regarding the Knowledge Management programs, products, and projects
  • Develop strategies for long-term, sustainable systems to support the delivery of instruction
  • Recommend, implement, and administer methods and procedures to enhance Knowledge Management operations
  • Gather data on user experience and implements plans of action to improve user experiences
  • Sound foundation in technology to ensure fluency with all Knowledge Management users
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and motivational skills
  • Ability to close deals/widen the existing scope
  • Skills in examining and re-engineering complex operations and procedures, interpreting operational needs, formulating policies and developing and implementing new, creative strategies and procedures
  • Thorough knowledge of Sharepoint – need assessment and development including customization, workflows, RDBMS, ticketing management
