Job Description:

Stakeholder & Candidate Management
Senior hiring team handles Senior Managers & above level mandates, the recruiter would be dealing with very senior stakeholders – Associate Directors and above levels in Capgemini. What makes this role challenging is the fact that along with these senior stakeholders, the recruiter would also need to manage equally senior candidates well.
  • Manage all stakeholders ( Hiring Managers & BU heads) efficiently; ensure their expectations w.r.t. mandates are met and regular updates are sent to them proactively
  • Manage senior candidates well; keeping them engaged in case of delays (if any); address their concerns effectively

Offer Management
  • Negotiate compensation/levels in order to get senior level hires at optimum cost
  • Prepare and extend Offer or Contract letters as per process
  • Ensure completion of all documentation as per the standard recruitment processes
  • Ensure the hiring process gets completed on a fast track basis
  • Coordinate interviews, arrange required logistics as per requirements
  • Arrange to get Reference Checks done for offered candidates

Recruitment Reporting
Keep a complete knowledge about active job openings at senior hiring levels
  • Participate in the required Recruitment meetings and provide related updates
  • Maintain Recruitment Status Reports
  • Updating required Recruitment Tool and IRW with all New Hire data

Roles and Responsibilities 
  • Minimum graduation from any reputed universities / good if done MBA in HR
  • Excellent communication capabilities, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to processes and procedures
  • Proven time management skills as the need to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines is essential
  • Experience of delivering a service in a busy environment, where customer expectations are met or exceeded
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage senior stakeholders and senior candidates 
  • Ability to work within a team however, also able to use own initiative and be a self-driven when required
  • Strong MS Office skills, in particular excel and outlook
