NASSCOM India Leadership Forum (NILF) 2014 will be held from 12th - 14th February 2014 at Mumbai, India. The 2014 edition is an important milestone for NASSCOM – it coincides with the completion of 25 years of NASSCOM.

Aruna Jayanthi - Chief Executive Officer, Capgemini India
Aruna Jayanthi is the Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini India, one of the biggest business units of Capgemini group. Aruna is responsible for operations across all the business units – Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing services in India with a focus to increase the integration and performance of over 46,000 growing employee base.
Prior to assuming the role of a CEO in January 2011, Aruna was the Global Delivery Officer for Capgemini Outsourcing, where she improved quality, productivity and profitability of Capgemini’s outsourcing operations worldwide.
Aruna has over 2 decades experience in the IT services industry and has worked in both multinationals and pure-play companies. She has worked out of Europe and North America and continues to travel extensively meeting customers, analysts and Capgemini staff, getting a pulse of customer expectations and market direction.
Within a short period of being appointed CEO, Aruna has quickly made her mark in the world of Indian business. She has been ranked 3rd in Fortune India’s list of 50 Most Powerful Women in Business 2012 and has also featured prominently in Business Today’s list of Most Powerful Women 2012 for two consecutive years. Aruna was awarded the ‘India Today Woman in the Corporate World’ at the India Today Women Summit 2013.
Aruna is an Executive Council member of NASSCOM.
Aruna has done her Masters in Management Studies in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
Salil Parekh is a member of the Group Management Board of Capgemini. Capgemini is a Paris-headquartered consulting and IT services company with revenues of €10 billion, with operations in 44 countries, serving over 6,000 clients, with 125,000 employees.

Salil is responsible for cluster of businesses comprising of the Application Services One (US, UK, Asia, Financial Services) and Sogeti business units within Capgemini. This business cluster accounts for €5 billion of revenue with 55,000 employees. His role involves driving new sales, managing client relationships, ensuring successful delivery, and maintaining a growing and profitable business for the shareholders.
Salil has been with the company for 21 years and has worked in roles in the US and India. Salil was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP, prior to the acquisition of its consulting business by Capgemini in 2000.
Salil has Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering, Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, US and a Bachelors degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India.
