Kishor Chitale

Kishor Chitale is the Corporate VP, Local Business Services, Capgemini and is responsible for the Indian and Middle East markets.

Kishor has spent many years in the Capgemini Group in various roles and since taking over his current role in 2008, has been working to establish Capgemini’s presence in the domestic India market with clients in areas such as Public Sector; Energy, Utilities and Chemicals; Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution and Telecom, Media and Entertainment. 

Kishor joined the Group in May 1998 to lead the Technology Services unit of Capgemini in India. Under his leadership, the unit doubled in headcount and was one of the most profitable disciplines in Capgemini. Kishor was also instrumental in launching the Group’s Distributed Delivery Framework which is the foundation for any global project delivered within Capgemini today. 

Fernando Alvarez

Fernando Alvarez is the Global Digital Officer of Capgemini . A thought leader and mobile solutions/technology subject matter expert, Alvarez has worked closely with multiple multinational corporations as well as global independent software vendors with regard to their enterprise mobile needs and strategies. Prior to joining Capgemini, Alvarez was president, CEO and chairman of Abaco Mobile, Inc., an Atlanta-based software company that provided enterprise mobile software solutions for more than 21 years. In 2000, Alvarez was honoured as one of the 100 most influential US Hispanic business leaders by Hispanic Business magazine. He is also a past recipient of Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award. During his tenure at Abaco, his efforts positioned the company to become one of the few US Hispanic technology companies that achieved global success. Alvarez has a background in business, economics, and law, and is a frequent guest lecturer at industry events around the world.
