Doug Lane

Mr. Lane has over 30 years experience leading  technology-enabled transformation for private and public sector clients across a broad range of industries. In his role as President and CEO of Capgemini Government Solutions, he is responsible for strategy, business development, service delivery, and operations for all consulting and technology services provided to public sector clients in the United States. He is also currently a member of the Advisory Board for ALTA IT Services and was recently appointed board member of the YMCA of Central Maryland. Mr. Lane earned a BS from Towson University.

Bill Webner

Mr. Webner, a Vice President with Capgemini Government Solutions in Washington, D.C., leads the US Federal practice and is responsible for the overall performance of the portfolio, including: strategic planning and execution, market positioning, people development, client management and financial results. Throughout his career, he has launched and led successful practices providing Federal clients with large-scale business transformation and technology modernization solutions for both mission-focused and back-office operations.  Mr. Webner earned a BA from North Carolina State University, an MLA from St. John’s College and an MBA from The George Washington University.

Dan Ford

Mr. Ford, a Principal with Capgemini Government Solutions, leads our US Federal Justice and Homeland Security business, which includes CBP, ICE, TSA, US Marshals and US Courts. Mr. Ford holds a BA from Davidson College and a ME from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is also a Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP). Mr. Ford has received merit fellowships from the Center for Transportation and Logistics at MIT and from the Bonner Foundation and J.M Rubin Foundation at Davidson College.

Brian Murphy

Mr. Murphy, a Principal with Capgemini Government Solutions, leads our US Federal Finance, Oversight and Infrastructure business, which includes General Services Administration, Office of Management and Budget, Government Accountability Office,  Security and Exchange Commission, Internal Revenue Service, Amtrak and Defense-National Security agencies. Mr. Murphy holds a BA from Loyola University of Maryland, an Master in Business Administration from the Johns Hopkins University, multiple organization change management certificates and is a certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.

Denise Tauriello

and Benefits Leader

Ms. Tauriello, a Principal with Capgemini Government Solutions, leads our US Federal Health and Benefits business, which includes Health and Human Services, Defense Health Administration, Veterans Affairs, US Department of Agriculture and Social Security Administration.  She brings over 25 years of business consulting expertise with an emphasis on health information technology (HIT) and health information exchange (HIE) across both commercial and government markets, as well as the various applications and interdependencies across the health delivery system.  Ms. Tauriello holds a BA from Lynchburg College and earned the International Coaching Federation Certificate, Leadership Coaching, from Georgetown University.
John Cattaneo

Mr. Cattaneo has over 20 years of experience in professional services and management consulting for public sector clients. He has led strategic consulting projects for many Federal civil agency clients, including General Services Administration, Office of Management and Budget, Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and Food and Drug Administration. He has expertise in program/performance management, business and strategic planning, organization design, process improvement and change management. Mr. Cattaneo earned an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Kathleen Flynn

Ms. Flynn serves as a Principal in Capgemini Government Solutions, a subsidiary of Capgemini North America.  In this role she is responsible for the delivery of strategy and IT solutions to federal clients with a focus on justice and homeland security missions support.   She joined Capgemini Government Solutions after a twenty year career focused on technology-enabled transformation for private and public sector clients across a broad range of industries.  Ms. Flynn is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies and holds a Masters in Library Science from the School of Information Studies, Syracuse University.

Michael O’Malley

Mr. O’Malley has over 23 years of experience in program and contract management, systems information technology consulting, business and account development, and Government and Military Supply Chain.  His client and market leadership experiences are entirely within the Public Sector, with emphasis at the State level in Tax and Revenue Agencies, Labor, Workforce and Unemployment Agencies, and Public Safety Agencies and at the Federal Level in Treasury and Department of Defense. He has led successful practices and programs supporting State and Federal clients with technology transformation and modernization, technology strategy, organizational design, data warehousing, data migration, and adoption of emerging technologies.  Mr. O’Malley earned a BS, Finance, from the University of Wyoming, graduated from the U.S. Navy Supply Corps School earning qualification as a Supply Corps Officer, and completed advanced training in Defense Acquisition, successfully achieving DAWIA Level III certification.

Reli Sulioti

Mr. Sulioti joined Capgemini GS with over 20 years’ of extensive leadership experience in all aspects of general and cost accounting, HR, financing, budgeting forecasting and staff supervision. He has a significant experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting, GAAP accounting and business development in both commercial and Government sectors. Mr. Reli has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tirana in Albania and a Master of Science in Accounting from McGill University in Canada. He is also a CPA for the state of Virginia.

Nadia Smith

Ms. Smith, a Principal with Capgemini Government Solutions, serves as the Chief of Staff and is responsible for the overall business management and operations of the organization. Throughout her career, Ms. Smith led several large-scale business process improvement and technology modernization programs across commercial and federal government industries, focusing on improved quality and efficiency. Ms. Smith is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), as well as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). She earned a BBA from The George Washington University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.

Liz Thalacker
Director of Contracts, US Public Sector

Ms. Thalacker has over 25 years of experience in contracts administration management working with Federal Government contractors. Her experiences are predominantly focused in the Civil Sector, with emphasis in Environmental, Health, Homeland Security, Transportation, USACE, and the Intelligence Community. She has worked for both small and large businesses and has experience in accounting, pricing, finance, facilities, HR, policies and procedures, and regulatory compliance, and has worked with DCAA and DCMA concerning indirect rate agreements, provisional billing rates, incurred cost submissions, and disclosure statements. As the program manager on a contract close-out contract, Ms. Thalacker was given the Best Small Company Award for her work on a transportation contract. Ms. Thalacker earned a B.B.A. in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, from George Washington University

Renato (Renny) A. DiPentima
Dr. DiPentima is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of SRA International. SRA is a leading provider of information technology services and solutions to clients in national security, civil government, and health care and public health. Prior to this position, Dr. DiPentima was President and Chief Operating Officer, President of SRA Consulting and Systems Integration, President of SRA Government Sector, and SRA Vice President and CIO.Prior to joining SRA in July, 1995, Dr. DiPentima was the Social Security Administration’s  (SSA’s) CIO and Deputy Commissioner for Systems and was responsible for overseeing and managing all of SSA’s information processing and data and voice communication systems with a staff of over 3000 technical professionals. Dr. DiPentima served as Chairman of the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Improvement Team, as part of the President’s National Performance Review initiatives.Recommendations of this task force were reflected in the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Acts (FASA and FARA) and in the Clinger/Cohen Information Technology Management Reform Act (ITMRA). In addition to being a Director on the Board of SRA, Dr. DiPentima sits on the Board of Directors of Brocade Corporation, a NASDAQ company, Liquid Machines, Redshift, and the Advisory Board of Redhat. He is a Principal on the Council for Excellence in Government, a member of its SAGE group, and a fellow of the National Academy of Social Insurance.  He sits of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County Public Policy External Advisory. He is a frequent speaker on topics dealing with procurement reform, systems modernization, automation, and Business Process Reengineering. Dr. DiPentima graduated with a B.A. from New York University. He holds an M.A. from George Washington University and a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland (UMBC). He has also completed the Program for Senior Managers at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Pierre Hessler
Mr. Hessler is a Capgemini Fellow and Chairman’s delegate.He focuses on business transformation, business technology and the digital enterprise. He is also a board member of Bureau Veritas SA and head of Actideas. Pierre Hessler joined in 1993 Cap Gemini, where he served in several executive positions, notably as a member of the Directoire and as chairman and CEO of Gemini Consulting. He served on the board of directors between 2000 and 2012. Pierre Hessler started his career in 1965 in IBM Switzerland, holding executive positions in Europe and in the United States, notably as corporate vice-president for marketing, and general manager for marketing, services and operations of IBM Europe. Swiss and French citizen, aged 70, married with 2 children, graduate of the University of Lausanne with degrees in law and economics, author of “Media and Corporate Scandals”.

Lanny S. Cohen
Mr. Cohen is the global chief technology officer of Capgemini. As head of the Group’s global chief technology officer network, Cohen acts across all the Capgemini businesses to help integrate new technology trends, respond to client needs and is ultimately responsible for strengthening the relationship with partners on technology matters. His career reflects a devotion to furthering the value of business technology and its impact on creating sustainable performance improvement and competitive advantage for today's enterprises. Leveraging a diversity of experiences serving clients across industry sectors and process domains, Mr. Cohen brings perspectives from his client serving, practice management, and innovation leadership roles. With over a 30 year career at Capgemini in North America and its predecessor Ernst & Young, Cohen has held positions along the entire spectrum of delivery and management in the industry from Consultant to partner/vice president to CEO and North American Country Board Chairman. He was one of the thought leaders behind Capgemini’s adaptive IT vision and, most recently, has launched intellectual capital around the Applied Innovation Exchange and Cloud Platform Services. He is also very active in the Capgemini group’s alliance partner network and internal IP/Solution management boards and regularly speaks on the subjects of high impact and successful business transformation. Mr. Cohen has served on the boards for the Association of Management Consulting Firms (AMCF), the consulting industry’s professional association, and TechAmerica, one of the largest technology trade associations in the United States.  He was named one of Consulting Magazine’s Top 25 Most Influential Consultants for 2004 for his work at Capgemini and his industry leadership through AMCF. In addition, in 2008, based on a record of helping clients meet global challenges and transform their businesses, he was honored by the Executive Council with the Judges Choice Award for CEO and Innovation of the Year. Mr. Cohen  holds a B.A. with dual majors from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Southern Illinois University. A Certified Systems Professional, he is a graduate of the executive leadership programs at the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and Harvard University.

Phil Nolan
Phil Nolan is the Chief Executive Officer for Camber Corporation. He was most recently the Chairman and CEO of Galeos Group, a portfoliocompany of the private equity firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson, and Stowe. He previously served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of Stanley, Inc (NYSE: SXE) prior to the company’s acquisition by CGI Group in August of 2010.During his career with Stanley, Mr. Nolan served as corporate secretary, treasurer, general manager, general counsel, and vice president for operations before being promoted to president in 1996 and CEO in 2002. Phil assumed the role of chairman of the Board of Directors in 2006.Before joining Stanley, Mr. Nolan  served on active duty as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Power Program. He retired from the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Captain with 24 years of service. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of NCI, Inc, Camber Corporation, and Communications International. He serves as an outside director on the Special Security Agreement (SSA) Board for Capgemini Government Solutions. He previously served as an advisory board member for Pragmatics, Inc. and as an outside director on the SSA Board for Stratos Government Solutions, Inc, a subsidiary of Inmarsat. Mr. Nolan is a member of the INOVA Health Care Services Board of Trustees, Chairman of the INOVA Fair Oaks Hospital Quality Board, and a member of the George Washington University’s National Law Center Board of Trustees. Mr. Nolan holds a B.S. in physics from the U.S. Naval Academy, an M.S.E. in engineering management from the Catholic University of America, and a J.D. from George Washington University's National Law Center. He is a member of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C. bars. He is also a Certified Corporate Director through UCLA’s Director Education and Certification Program. Phil is a past Chairman of the Professional Services Council, the national trade association of the federal government’s professional and technical services industry.

Lieutenant General (Retired)
Gregory S. Newbold
Lieutenant General (Retired) Gregory S. Newbold is a former Director of Operations (J3) of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He is currently Partner and Chair of the Professional Partners Group at Torch Hill Investment Partners, L.L.C., an investment firm founded on the union of financial expertise and unrivaled security sector knowledge. Lieutenant General Newbold previously served as the Executive Vice President and COO of The Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, a science and technology policy organization. He then joined the private equity firm Torch Hill Partners as a Managing Partner. In addition, General Newbold serves on the Board of Advisors of the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund. Lieutenant General Newbold's assignments have included Fleet Marine Force tours in the 1st, 2d, and 3d Marine Divisions, with the 4th Marine expeditionary Brigade, and with I Marine Expeditionary Force. He has commanded infantry units at the platoon, company, and battalion level, and also served at different times as executive officer, operations officer, and logistics officer in a variety of operational units. He also served as Commanding General, First Marine Division and has served tours outside the Fleet Marine Force as tactics instructor at The Basic School, officer assignment officer at Headquarters Marine Corps, Warfare Policy Planner on the Joint Staff, Military Assistant to the Secretary of the Navy, Head of the Enlisted Assignment Branch at Headquarters Marine Corps, and as the Director, Manpower Plans and Policy Division, Headquarters Marine Corps, Washington, D.C.Lieutenant General Newbold's personal awards include the Legion of Merit, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Navy Commendation Medal, Joint Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.
